Shipping Policy
Order Processing
All orders are made to order and processed in the order they are received. Most orders are processed within 3–7 business days, although custom and personalized items may require additional production time.
Custom challenge coins, engraved products, wooden flags, and other made-to-order items may have longer lead times depending on the complexity of the project and current order volume.
Once your order has been completed and shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information.
Shipping Rates & Delivery Times
Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on package weight, dimensions, and destination.
Estimated delivery times:
- Standard Shipping: 3–7 business days
- Expedited Shipping: Available at checkout (where applicable)
Please note that delivery times are estimates and are not guaranteed. Carrier delays caused by weather, holidays, or other circumstances beyond our control may occur.
Custom & Personalized Orders
Custom-made items are produced specifically for each customer and may require additional production time before shipping. Production timelines will be discussed and confirmed when applicable.
Because custom items are created to customer specifications, shipping dates may vary depending on design approval and production requirements.
Tracking Information
Once your order ships, a tracking number will be provided via email. Please allow up to 24 hours for tracking information to update within the carrier's system.
Incorrect Shipping Information
Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping information at checkout. Orders returned due to incorrect or incomplete addresses may require additional shipping charges before being reshipped.
Lost or Damaged Packages
If your package arrives damaged, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery and include photos of the damaged item and packaging.
If a package is lost in transit, we will work with the shipping carrier to help resolve the issue. However, once a package has been marked as delivered by the carrier, we are not responsible for theft or loss occurring after delivery.
Local Pickup
Local pickup may be available for customers in the Kingsland, Georgia area. If available, this option will be shown during checkout.
